STEP 1: Book Your CNA Class

To secure your seat, select a start date and pay the $100 non-refundable registration fee.

CNA classes are 5-11 weeks in duration, Monday-Friday or Saturday & Sunday (including clinical).  Upcoming class dates are listed in the booking calendar.

 

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable. This fee holds your seat and is required to complete the booking. No refunds are issued for no-shows, cancellations, or withdrawals. This is acknowledged during booking and within your Enrollment Agreement

 

Need help paying for class? You may be eligible for tuition funding  or other workforce programs. Call us at (661) 582-6049 before enrolling to check. 

STEP 2: Complete & Submit Packets

All enrollment forms must be completed and submitted at least 14 days before your class begins. Required Enrollment Packets.  Complete All 3 Below

Packet 1: Enrollment  & Risk Agreements

Includes:

  • Enrollment Agreement

  • Catalog Acknowledgement

  • School Performance Fact Sheet (SPFS) 

  • Program Disclosures

Packet 2: Health Clearance & Background

Includes:​

  • Orientation Acknowledgement

  • Live Scan Acknowledgement

  • Next-Step and Compliance Responsibility Acknowledgement

  • Student Certification and Signature Page​

Packet 3: Clinical Readiness & CPR

Includes:

  • Government-Issued ID (Upload)

  • Social Security Card (Upload)

  • High School Diploma/GED/Transcript (Upload)

  • Immunization Records (if applicable)

  • CPR Certification (AHA BLS required)

  • Live Scan Receipt (Upload)

    • ORI Code: A1226

    • Mail Code: 03314

  • Additional Documents (if applicable)

  • Student Document Submission Certification

STEP 3: Orientation & Next Steps

Once your documents are received and approved, you’ll receive a Welcome Email that includes:

 

✔ Your Class Schedule & Canvas Login

✔ Orientation Date & Attendance Info

✔ Uniform & Supply List

✔ CPR Options (if not yet completed)

Orientation is mandatory for all students before attending class. Missing orientation may result in a delayed program start.

After You Enroll

Once your class is booked and the $100 registration fee is paid, you’ll immediately receive a Welcome Email with your class schedule, Canvas login, orientation date and time, uniform and supply list, and optional CPR instructions (if not yet completed). To remain eligible, you must complete and submit all three enrollment packets no later than 14 days before your start date. Orientation is required and must be attended before your first day of class. Failure to complete any of these steps may result in loss of your seat.

Final Refund & Registration Policy

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows, cancellations, or withdrawals. This policy is acknowledged at booking, within the Enrollment Agreement, and again on this page.
